The Enclave at 3230 is proud to be a pet friendly luxury apartment community that allows large dogs and has no size limits. Located  in South Daytona, we offer an ideal location in the Volusia area for easy access to shopping and a comfortable place for you to call home. As a South Daytona luxury apartment community without pet weight restrictions, you and your pet will be happy to become part of our wonderful pet friendly community where we have a pet walk, pet spa, fenced bark park and pet stations. You’ll instantly feel a connection with all of our happy pet owners as you enjoy the outdoor areas with other pets.

The Enclave at 3230 has no weight limit.

$325 pet fee per pet.
$25 monthly pet rent per pet.
Breed restrictions apply (see below PDF). Two pet limit.
No exotic birds or reptiles are permitted.
Dogs weighing 50 lbs. or more must reside on 1st floor. Weight must be determined by full grown, adult weight.
